As I will soon have to de-pressure the hydrolastic units & re-pressure them again after working on the suspension, can anyone recommend a pump that I could buy? e.g. from ebay or elsewhere, that has the correct fittings & works well.

Hi Brian, Quite a selection on eBay - HERE. The Liquid Levers ones are excellent. The blue and yellow ones are copies of the one I made - HERE and appear to use a Chinese pump body. I have no idea how well they work. My one has German mechanics. The grease gun types work well for levelling up purposes, but at 2cc of fluid a shot, they take forever to inflate from empty. It's probably worth setting up a "watch" on eBay, as the proper Churchill Daleks pop up quite regularly and tend to go for around £100 to £130. Alternatively, check out your local garages. The MGF started out on Hydragas, so the pumps are still being used. Chris.

Thanks for the advice, Chris. I was wondering what a 'Churchill Dalek' was, until I found one of them in ebay. As I am in Germany, I don't think I will be bringing one over here just yet though, even if they do look impressive. rgds, Brian
