Hi all I want to fit belts to my 67 crab. I can see a threaded bolt hole at the top of the B pillar but where on the bottom is the anchor, is it in the sill- any help please

I'm sure someone wiser than me will be along soon, but I don't believe there is a lower hole in the sill; This is because the belts are 2 point static belts (i.e. top of the B pillar to the buckle point).
Well this was the case on the second 'crab I had.
My first (and current) 'crab has a 3 point inertia belt, so I imagine someone threaded a hole into the sill to allow for it.

On the inner sill, Mike. About three inches back from the bottom of the B pillar. No, I don't know why either. Chris.

Interesting, did all the cars leave the factory like that?

All cars have lower threaded holes, as far as I know. Early ones have them on the inner sill, quite a bit back of the B pillar as Chris says. Later ones, like my 1971, have a threaded hole at the bottom of the B pillar. My 1970 does not have this, but I have the reel mounted to the hole further back and had no problems.
There is a large hole at the lower part of the B pillar, and you should be able to fit an acnhor point inside this. I did it the easy way though, and just put the reel at the hole further back.
While on th subject, there are also threaded holes for rear seat belts. When fitting reels to the parcel shelf, you'll have to drill holes further back (from inside the luggage comprtment) though, and fit a strengthening anchor plate to it. The reels will come to close to the top of the rear seat if using the original holes. I've installed reel belts in both 1800s, both front and rear.

Absolutely, both front and rear, but you'll have to drill new holes on the rear parcel shelf as described above. That's what I meant by reel belts. No, English is not my first language:-)
Good luck!

If you are wanting to fit genuine inertia belts in your Landcrab I suggest you give Ray House a ring he has original brand new Landcrab seat belts in their boxes. I purchased a set off him a couple of years back. Contact him on 07891888685 they were not that expensive either.
