hi all!
i asked a while ago on the old practical classics forum, and thought i'd ask here too.
does anyone have any contact details for, or indeed know if there is, an austin 3 lire owners club?
i have tried the phone number in pc, and also written to the address listed on other websites and included an sae all to no avail.
failing that, would 3 litres be accepted here?

Technically, you're covered by LOCI, although there is an OC listed on 01473 684867, which I know nothing about.

I can't see why you shouldn't bring a 3L on here - in a way, it's the ultimate factory hot-rod version of the ADO17.

Now, if I could find the ADO61 Wolseley prototype with the Buick 3.5 V8, I'd have that like a shot.......

All too familiar these days, I afraid.

I've been trying to contact various Clubs on DVLA's V765/1 list for some while and was surprised by how few responded.

That would be Neil Kidby's address. But I have not been in touch with him since 2005 - when I bought his last original power steering repair kit, to get mine into shape for the Austin centenary cavalcade

PS: I'd be more up to having the Downton tuned 3litre as I prefer an inline 6 to the raw nature of a V8.
