Maybe your profile on this website gives a clue? "Location: Soviet Republic of Yorkshire" Is there something you're not telling us David

Good thing the Cold war is over! I get pictures of car chasing scenes somewhere in Yorkshire.. James Bond in an Aston Martin hunting the spy, code named Eugenie, driving a Wolseley 18/85... Twin carb roar, fast cornering... until the hydrolastic fails.. Any film directors here?

Aha! The old memory staggers into life.... This was at the LAKELAND MOTOR MUSEUM, the week before it was opened for the first time. The Wolseley Owners Club were invited along to "preview" the museum before the grand opening. It's actually very good indeed and has a separate section devoted to Donald Campbell and his achievements. I would recommend it as a good day trip out. Presumably pinched the image from the Owners Club site. Nice idea, Tommy. Our Alex is pretty handy with a camera. Can't we have James Bond in an MGB, so as Eugenie can escape around the bends with her superior driving skills? They could meet later. Bond would be shaken (But not stirred) by the MG experience. "Shurely shome mishtake" would be the opening line, whilst glowering at the MG........... Chris.
