When I click on "enlarge" to see your attachment it says "oops there is an error you must log on". I've tried several times. Why don't they check out basic function before messing with updates that appear to offer nothing Can someone else please confirm whether this is just an issue with my computer as I imagine Chris won't be able to accurately check his own posting regards David View AttachmentThis is how I see the thread page on my screen (Excerpt from this thread). Chris.

Now working correctly and what I see is the same as yours, I did nothing - no reboot. My screen is 12"x9" - one of the reasons for not upgrading is that my electronic software is much easier to use at this aspect rather than widescreen. It is now impossible (here at least)to buy anything but widescreen format monitors. Adding that smiley is cruel; I long for a true English bitter on draught. The is not bad though; a couple of places sell it but at around £6 per pint a bit of a luxury compared to the local brew at less than 1/6th of the cost. Couple of new smilies on board, one unashamedly for me and one for Tommy and I to enjoy.

I'd just like to say thank you everyone for your kind words, good to see the forum seems to be going from strength to strength. Also I'm very impressed with the changes Chris has made to the forum, and I'm sure he'll make a great job of running it All the best, Richard.

Many thanks, Richard. Richard's account has now become Admin, which is me. There will be an explanation shortly in the Welcome thread in the General section. David, sorry about the - cruel and unusual punishment indeed. The Queens Hotel in Leeds currently charges £5.30 if that is any consolation. £3 in my local though..... Next time you're over, let's go and have a few. Further to the mention of avatars, I have added a few iconic 1800 images to the forum avatar list, which can be easily uploaded through Profile if you do not wish to link your own image. Chris.
