Part two concentrates on the body structure and does mention the thickness of steel used for the sills. (page 46 when you follow the link from the link)

Thanks, I think I posted a link to this article from another source a couple of years ago - it is well worth a second or third read.

I may be in the position of having to fabricate sills in a couple of month's time if all goes well without much to go on as a pattern so I am trying to see what is out there in the way of documentation.

Nice to see your Wolseley next to the Citroen. There is a DS close to where I live; I fall into the love them camp, but difficult to work on.
