"Sales............"
Bidding was quite lively on the white one - wonder what it went for? C&C sale perhaps.
Chris.

Second attempt at selling this one. I think it got over £500 before, eBay does seem to suffer with 'no shows' and time wasters though. Seat covers seem to be a necessity on these. The ones here look to be tailor made and would make good patterns for some new ones.

Wolseley 18/85 Auto. eBay sale - HERE.I beg to disagree. This has one particular area of rust that is so nasty I copied it and stuck it straight in the "Rust" section. Chris.

I would be prepared to bet money (bearing in mind that I have never, ever been a gambler) by just looking at the surface rust that the front and rear ends of both sill sections, rear wheel inner-arch bottoms, front wing bottoms are all gone. Looking at it again suggests that the artea under the front o/s headlight has disappeared as well.
To be strictly fair, it's currently fairly cheap, so a pretty intense restoration for someone brave who isn't me.
Chris.

I've never heard of the The Vintage Petrol Pump Garage, but they've got a 'Crab for sale - HERE. Quite a sensible price for a dealer sale at £3,500. Chris.

Not a bad mark up that Chris. This was Roland Knightons car he sold it to a dealer in North Yorkshire who put it on ebay & now another dealer is selling it at £1600 more than Roly got for it. Its a good car with only paint work issues mechanically its fine.

Described as a CAT C write-off. I don't know if that means it is repairable or not. It looks to have been OK pre accident. A mine of parts for a Mk1 for sure. Nick eBay HERE

I currently live in Leicestershire, a county that knows how to keep a secret. The holder of the world record for hide and seek, one Richard Plantagenet hid under a car park here for over 500 years. It also seems that there is a Wolseley wedge that has been locked away for a couple of decades. There's a notice on the Wolseley register website HERE. I can't imagine it hanging around for long.
