Re-size before uploading or use a decent host such as Flickr?

Docs do say if you use the Flash (yuck) uploader then pics will be re-sized for you.

Edit: I've re-sized them for you, as they were really slowing the board up.

At least someone didn't do the usual of quoting the whole thread complete with pictures!
