Hope you get your engine safely from England.

Happy birthday!
The run of time is a mystery: While my little daughter finds a year a very (and I mean VERY) long unit, I think the same passes rather too quickly....

I have this totally unsubstantiated theory that my perception of time is related to how much I am learning. When I was in primary school the terms used to last forever as everything was new. As life became more repetitive the time passed progressively faster. Now I have retired I try to catch up on all the things I didn't have time for when I was working and to research as much as I can mainly via the internet. I wish I could tell you this is way to slow down the aging process but it isn't. Although I am learning more, I am forgetting at a similar rate so the net effect is that time is still going too rapidly! Happy birthday Tommy - or have I already said that Happy birthday! The run of time is a mystery: While my little daughter finds a year a very (and I mean VERY) long unit, I think the same passes rather too quickly.... Alexander

The quickest way to make time fly is to have children...........
Happy Birthday, Tommy.
