A really interesting video showing the strip down and machining processes involved in completely overhauling a MGB engine. The video is quite long - over an hour and a half - but I found it well worth watching showing areas such as crankshaft grinding, cylinder re-boring, con rod and piston preparation as well as some cylinder head work and installing a fast road cam.
Probably the most comprehensive video of its type available and virtually all relevant to the crab.
