I am aware that the original rubber seals appear to be unobtainable. Has anyone an alternative part or solution please.? Mine are not too bad but I still have annoying air leaks.

Woolies have THIS ONE and THIS ONE, which look close. In a desperate attempt to make the nearside front door stop blowing wind noise in, I got rid of the furflex edging and replaced it with something LIKE THIS. Better - I suspect that the top of the door needs bending in slightly. Chris.

Cheers Chris, been having a look round myself and they look possibles. I did actually wind the windows down and bend the frames in slightly. Tried putting a sheet of paper between the seals and frame and shutting the door and the loose area seems to be the leading edge of the window frame. I have some MGB boot seal I might try.

I went up to woolies years ago for door seals for a Wolseley 6/80 I was restoring. They hadn't advertised any so on the off chance, I took one as a sample. After 10 minutes rummaging in the back....Hey presto! As if by magic the guy plonked a roll on the counter. Ive dealt with them a few times and they are very knowledgeable.

Thanks Jeff. Might send them an email with sketch. Worth a go. Tony S
