Hi All,
Would anyone have any evidence of an Austin 1800 Mk2 racing in either the Australian Touring Car Championship or races specifically for Group C Improved Production Touring Cars and Series Production Touring Cars.? My understanding is that the British Leyland Works Team log booked a Mk2 in October 1969 as a Sports, A class. So it is possible that one was entered in a series production race or a improved production race..... if anyone has any documentation, photos etc of this then it would be very helpful to a little project i am working on... it has to be for a Mk2....
