hi all i have an austaloy pump and one of the valves on the pressure has given up the ghost there is a rubber washer has broken down in the saunders valve can any ome help in this matter regards tandem (ross)
Can't answer the question directly, as I imagine your Oz pump will differ from our Churchill one. What will be worth doing is following THIS LINK to Tony Cripps newsletters. They're a great read in their own right, but three of them detail the construction of a hydrolastic pump from first principles, complete with how to make all valves and diaphragms. Hopefully you can work it out from there.
