hi all im looking for a petrol tank for the 18/85 for some reason after filling the tank full of fuel got back home and found and smelt fuel leaking underneath from the tank
any one got any ideas were I can get hold of a replacement

Granvilles PetroPutty works for me.
Top of the tank pinholes with age, standing water and lack of proper protection.

I used this lot for mine a few years back www.fueltanks.co.ukNo issues with their work - can't remember price but I think it was between £150 and £200 and what I sent them was pretty horrible. Once you've got it out it may turn out to be something minor you never know or filler related - fingers crossed. |

After picking the petrol tank up today for the radiator company local to me we got chatting about the availably of the petrol tanks
can the tank be square rather than as it is?
does some one have old one not in use so we can see if we can get it copied would there be an interest if there were some made? How much would you be willing to pay?
