I thought so too, but there were only two bidders over the whole auction
I kept away as Perhaps I shouldn't have.

I had a look about, and appear have found it...
Uncle of the Bride Last of the Summer Wine (series 9) Episode aired 1 January 1986 (New Year Special)
(part 1) (part 2)
It does sound like the six cylinder to me. The clearer clip shows the black headlamp surround paint too. Morris or Austin though?
I also saw this on a fan forum for Summer Wine

£19k................. Have I missed something with the value of our cars. Even if it was an original rally cat it still seems a bit expensive. Did you see this one? OOH 745G at Brightwells Auction in AprilIt sold for £23,500

Under the hammer at Brightwells 8th March is this here Wolseley Six. Scroll down to the bottom to find it. It has an estimate of £2000 - £3000 which seems OK though there are no interior pictures. [I've got a thing about this colour] Looking back, it didn't sell, and was not entered onto later Brightwells auctions either. DVLA record shows no ownership change since 2015. YNH 588M The interior photos are inside the Zip archive, although they aren't brilliant so I suspect the dash veneer is all peeled like the steering wheel:

Must have been a scam as Martin Howey Classics at Thirsk had that one in May this year and the photos are his
There is no export marker on the record even today

Is its whereabouts known to the forum? I was there at the museum's closing weekend. Although I don't quite know why, I was very keen on this. I was cheeky enough to hop over the rope and look over and under it. It had a dent in the roof, likely from the helicopter blades next to it. I chased it over the next few weeks because it wasn't listed in the Brightwells auction. Despite repeat conversations and promises, I found out (belatedly) it went through a later auction some months later: classiccars.brightwells.com/viewdetails.php?id=6381Is it known to the forum? MOT expired Oct 2016 so it was only on the road a year, if that... It seems to bother me it might be sitting rotting and/or mechanically borked

I really like that.
Also saw it on the LOCI pages last week for OIRO £5k
Assuming the MG valve cover is just that?
Is it known to this forum?
