I always get the hard copy. I know it is available online in the members area, for which you need the ID and password ........ which is printed in the magazine. Is it just me or am I missing something here?

Peppib, I don't think you are missing something. There is an online membership option which is a little bit cheaper as the magazine doesn't get sent. It's good for those who live far away from the UK as they can get their copy at the same time as the rest of us.

Hi Nick - but how do you know the password each time to access it as it is changed frequently?? That is the bit that confuses me (old, so easily confused nowadays anyway) Hence I continue to pay extra for the hard copy
Reminds me of when my Father died years ago. He had a combination safe and no one knew what is was. After removing it from the wall and spending 2 hours breaking it open, safely inside was ...... the combination!

You get an email to tell you when the new edition comes out. When the annual password change comes round, it's included in the email.
Chris.

When I save the file on my computer, I include the relevant password in the file name so I can look at it in a few years and a few password changes later. David You get an email to tell you when the new edition comes out. When the annual password change comes round, it's included in the email. Chris.

Mark Chivers mentioned to me that he had a number of email rejections but the report didn't itemise them so he is unaware of who doesn't know the new password. PM me if you need his email address. Hi everyone, Sorry about that but we do have to change the password annually. At the moment only the online members get an email when the new mag is on the website and it's timed to arrive around the same time as the hard copy magazine (post office permitting, UK and Europe). If you want to be put on the emailing list for the soft copy just send an email to my club email including your name, membership number and the email address you want notifications sent to and I will include you from the next edition. And now, here are a couple of photos of the Club Stand at the Manchester Classic last weekend. Good turnout and a decent show, already booked again for next year. Mark
