I heard a Dutch member is going to see this car today. For some reason seller is aiming to sell the car abroad, but it would be a shame if someone would move the steering wheel to the other side:-)

I don't think the Wolseleys were officially imported here, but there is one in a barn somewhere here. Saw it on a Norwegian classic car facebook page.

Interesting Nick its either a Mk 2 with a MK 3 grille fitted the change over was on K registration if I remember as my dad had a K reg MK 2 & his friend had a K reg MK 3. I am querying this due to the over riders MK 3 cars didn,t have them fitted they were an option extra not many people paid to have them fitted.

Knew I'd seen it before. HereAll the interior points to a MkIII for me, especially the door cards. And there it is without the overriders from a previous sale. I know the number plate is hidden but there can't be two cars in that colour and trim with the accessory reversing lights in the same position? Nick

Definitely looks like Mk111 interior and front. Have you ever noticed Mk111 cars (and 2200s)seemed to have what looks like small dents or creases on the curve at the front of the bonnet as though they were possibly deliberately weakened here in an attempt to improve safety - or perhaps the fitting was poor! The link to the previous sale is only taking me to a small jpg picture and I can't find it on the carandclassic website to amend it. David Knew I'd seen it before. It looks to be the same car Nick. However it lacks the rear over riders on the latest picture & the door mirrors are missing. The creases in the bonnet are probably due to people pushing on it to close it. Also British Leyland were using cheap imported Spanish steel at this time.

That's interesting. I never had an issue with the front of the bonnet on MK1 & Mk11 cars but both my Mk111 cars felt like they would crease quite easily there.
