Charly, Great selection of vehicles. Looking at your pictures I realise that in my career I have worked at all the places where your cars were built, with the exception of the MG. I am sure you know that the World War 2 Spitfire was made in the same Castle Bromwich factory that later built your modern S-Type. If your car is post 2002 then the revised dashboard veneer is shaped to pay homage to the wing shape of the Spitfire. So I was told by Jaguar's training manager some years ago.

Andrew, You've got lots going on in your life now/soon and the very best wishes to you and yours. I do hope you manage to enjoy the Rover 600 at least half as much as I enjoyed mine Nick I only just saw this (slack I know lol) I am enjoying my 600 so far. The old L series engine is proving to be a great workhorse and with the turbo on it (really good at going up hills). Having giving her a service and new timing belts, we should be all set for a while (hopefully nothing pops up in her WOF next month). Doesn't have AC though, but nothing that rolling down the windows and/or sun roof can't fix. -Andrew
