Tony Wood has the front sections for all models available. spareathought[AT]landcrab[DOT]net. LONGBRIDGE MOTOR SPARES have complete systems, although you may wish to sit down before investigating prices. 1800exhaust by Penguin 45, on Flickr Worth bearing in mind that the cars seem to run better on the original single silencer system, so a length of pipe and a suitable silencer box can be easily be welded up for a fraction of the cost. Hi, For my 18/85S manual I got the front pipe off Tony. For the rest of the system I went to a local exhaust specialist and had a stainless steel one made up. I chose only 1 box (as in the Mk1) so that I could eliminate the 'side hanging' rear box. The idea being that I remove the rotary stress on the system, especially if a mount breaks. The specialist exhaust can be tuned to how you want it to sound. Lastly, the system was also a lot cheaper than original.

Hi,
Tony Woods from landcrab owners club gave me the nod for a guy he knows up north named Phil Jarvis. He had a front pipe in stock and made a stainless silencer, complete with steel tail pipe. He also threw in the rubber mounting bobbins and the front pipe clamp.
It wasn't cheap, about £230 I think. He also met me half way with shipping cost.
Why not give him a call? 07768 263683.
Jeff
