lovely looking wolseley! not sure if you've got the steering sorted out yet, but its worth giving these people a try www.kellybraysteering.co.uk/i got a recon rack for my wifes reliant scimitar off the shelf, and when i collected it they said they could re-con pretty much any rack and power steering pump too - they even had a power rack for an austin 3 litre on the shelf which i was tempted by. think they could help you out with both your rack and pump hope this helps! cheers rich

i cant resist. always wanted a six. my wife is watching over my shoulder as i type this and im getting 'the look', but she knows that with space in the barn and a bit of vw money left over no amount of the look will stop me from increasing my crab collective. details please chris!

Hi Keef! It certainly is shiney - and free of filler too! It had been part of a private collection for the last 8 years and hadnt been used. I collected it on new years eve from leeds, it made it as far back as birmingham before the alternator gave up. all fixed now, a full service, new alternator and temp sender. I'll be dragging the mk1 out of the shed tomorrow and giving it a good wash, pour some coke down the bores and draw up a shopping list for earlparts. i think having a landcrab on the road will spur me into action on the rest of the fleet. pics to follow once the cars have been cleaned, at the moment they're all looking like candidates for rust in peace...

heres my latest investment! many of you may have seen this on ebay recently, i probably paid over the odds but have always wanted one and figured when would i get another oppurtunity to buy one? sold my split screen vw camper to finance this purchase - reckon i made the right decision! hopefully this will spur me on to get started on the rest of my projects, the plan is to have the mk1 the mk3 and the 2200 on the road in time for the holsworthy vintage rally in july, so no pressure then!!

Nice Driveway! Always fancied a Wolseley 6, i remember taking some doors off one in a sittingbourne scrapyard years ago for my old morris 1800. I had a wolseley 1100 too but gave that to a friend who had enough money to get it through an mot - even the cover sills on it were rotten. happy days!

Hi All! Just thought I'd say hello, joined here following a link from the LOCI website. My name is Rich and I'm a farmer from North Devon, having a farm means I have a barn. The tractor has been relegated to outside to make room for - 1968 Mk1 Austin 1800, 1972 Mk3 Austin 1800, 1972 Austin 2200, 1973 Austin 1300 and 1971 Austin 3 litre. Plus something else that I should be picking up on Friday, Keef has alrwdy spotted it and I've made a 1964 VW Split Screen camper shaped hole in my collection ready to receive it....... I'm a massive BMC fan, landcrabs in particular and am looking forward to saying hello to fellow minded types! Cheers Rich
