I have a Hyundai Accent. Since 20/09/17 this thing has been in the garage for a #4 misfire that no one can sort out, not even hyundais engineering lead. I've been lumbered with a godawful wreck of a courtesy car - pulls left, radio doesn't work, bad perished tyres, other problems. I've tried to get it fixed but after 4 attempts to get them to do an alignment I've given up.
I was forced into buying this heap and then forced into using this garage. Apparently they're doing me a favour lending me an unsafe deathtrap that has no grip, occasionally cuts out, and unlocks itself on a regular basis..
Would you consider this "good service" and use this garage again? Because I'm apparently ungrateful for having my car in pieces for 2 *years* while I'm driving something (when I'm not in the Wolseley) that causes me chronic pain, has almost caused several accidents and has a primitive version of self driving that works quite well for left hand bends.. That alone has almost put me off the road 3-4 times.
I'd value opinions..

I assume that you are a member of a motoring organisation. That being the case, I'd be layng this out before the legal department and asking for some action.
Pretty shocking state of affairs if a main dealer can't sort out a vehicle.
Chris.

I sympathise - sounds like they've got you by the whatever's and just fobbing you off/don't know what to do. Motoring organisation or straight to Hyundai HQ sounds like it's worth a try. Good luck Andrew

To update - Hyundai still in garage. I took the courtesy car to another garage/fitter because I thought the tracking was out and the owner had refused to look at it *three* times. This is after it ate its hydraulic clutch and left me with third gear for 8 miles. Oddly enough the Kia engine is almost a dead ringer for the "S" engine - it's the only decent thing in the entire heap.
Long story short it was out by 13° on one side and 6° on the other (the angle should be 7°, one side was 20 the other 13°! The camber is out but I don't think that can be fixed, and I ended up paying £30 to the other garage to fix the problem.
Should I just go to trading standards? I'm going to sell the Hyundai if I ever get a hold of it again. I can't stand the sight of it, which is a shame because if it worked it'd be a good little car. I'm getting threats and abuse from my family over the Wolseley which is ironic since other than the ram intake needle problem it's been rock solid reliable - it did 300+ miles peeing petrol everywhere and still didn't miss a beat.
They're fobbing me off definitely - they've claimed to have gotten a new engine then claimed to need a new rocker cover because the old ones been off so many times.. So either they're lying or they're trying to put in an engine that's been lying around open to the elements... And expecting us to pay for it...?
